Terms of Service for AstraCRM
1. General Provisions
This public offer (hereinafter "Offer") defines the terms of providing services for using AstraCRM software (hereinafter "Service").

This offer is public in accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
2. Subject of the Offer
The Contractor provides the Customer with access to the AstraCRM cloud service for managing customer base, orders and service company employees.
The service includes:
• Web interface for administrators and managers
• Mobile applications for field employees
• Telegram bot for operational management
• Notification and reporting system
• Technical support
3. Tariffs and Payment
The cost depends on the selected plan and the modules you switch on. The base plan starts at 300 rubles per month per active employee. Optional modules (scheduling, inventory, telephony, analytics, channels) are added at your choice and billed per active employee. The AI assistant is billed separately at 2,990 rubles per month per account. The all-in plan is 1,290 rubles per month per active employee and includes every module.
Paying annually gives a 20% discount.
A 30-day free trial is provided without linking a bank card, with every module available.
After the trial, payment is made monthly by the method the Customer selected. The first charge occurs 30 days after the trial ends, then monthly on the same calendar day.
All prices are exclusive of VAT. No additional fees apply.
4. Recurring Payments
The Customer consents to automatic recurring debits (recurring payment) for the selected plan: per active employee for the base and the modules in use, plus the AI assistant fee per account when it is enabled. The charge runs every month until the subscription is cancelled.
The amount is recalculated whenever the number of active employees or the set of modules changes.
This consent is executed as a separate offer when the Customer saves their payment details on the portal and can be revoked at any time via the web interface.
Charging starts only after the 30-day free trial ends. All amounts are charged VAT-free.
5. Subscription Cancellation Procedure
The Customer can cancel the subscription at any time through the personal account on the portal.astracrm.pro portal or by contacting support.
Subscription cancellation takes effect from the next payment period.
When canceling the subscription, automatic charges stop.
Access to the service is maintained until the end of the paid period.
6. Refund
Refund is possible in the following cases:
• Technical problems with the service not resolved within 48 hours
• Erroneous charge
• Subscription cancellation within 14 days from the first charge (cooling-off period)
Refund is made to the bank card within 10 business days from the application submission.

7. Fiscal Documents
In accordance with Federal Law No. 54-FZ of May 22, 2003 "On the Use of Cash Register Equipment in Settlements in the Russian Federation", electronic receipts are sent to the email specified during registration.
Receipts are generated automatically with each charge.
If you need a paper receipt, contact support.
8. Responsibilities of the Parties
The Contractor undertakes to:
• Ensure service availability 99.5% of the time
• Provide technical support
• Ensure data security
The Customer undertakes to:
• Use the service in accordance with the offer terms
• Ensure the accuracy of provided data
• Make timely payments for services
9. Final Provisions
This offer comes into force from the moment the Customer accepts the terms during service registration.
All disputes are resolved through negotiations, and if no agreement is reached, in court at the Contractor's location.
The Contractor reserves the right to change the offer terms with 30 days notice to the Customer.
The offer is valid until revoked by the Contractor.
