Refund and Subscription Cancellation Policy

Terms of refund and subscription cancellation for AstraCRM service

1. General Provisions

This policy defines the terms of refund and subscription cancellation for AstraCRM service in accordance with Russian legislation and customer service quality standards.

2. Right to Cancel Subscription

The Customer has the right to cancel the subscription at any time without explanation:

• Cancellation is made through the personal account on portal.astracrm.pro

• Possibility of cancellation by email support@astracrm.pro

• Cancellation by phone +7 (921) 818-12-54 during business hours

• Cancellation takes effect from the next payment period

• Service access is maintained until the end of the paid period

3. Refund Conditions

Refund is made in the following cases:

• Technical problems with the service not resolved within 48 hours

• Erroneous charge

• Subscription cancellation within 14 days from the first charge (cooling-off period)

• Inability to use the service for technical reasons

• Violation of offer terms by the Contractor

4. Refund Procedure

To get a refund, you need to:

1. Contact support at support@astracrm.pro

2. Specify the refund reason and attach supporting documents (if available)

3. Provide bank card details for refund

4. Wait for application review (up to 3 business days)

5. Receive refund within 10 business days

5. Refund Limitations

Refund is not made in the following cases:

• Violation of service usage terms by the Customer

• Service usage for more than 30 days (except for technical problems)

• Refund request after subscription expiration

• Lack of sufficient grounds for refund

6. Automatic Subscription Renewal

Subscription automatically renews every month until cancelled:

• Charge occurs on the day corresponding to the first payment day

• Customer can cancel auto-renewal at any time

• When auto-renewal is cancelled, access is maintained until the end of the paid period
