The core the work rests on
The free plan is not a showcase or a demo. It is the same product with a smaller employee limit.
Clients and orders
Client cards and orders with statuses. The reason most teams get a CRM in the first place.
Mobile app
Android and iOS. People in the field open their orders and close them from the phone.
Basic notifications
The team hears about new and changed orders, so nobody has to ring around by hand.
Basic reports
A summary of orders and employees. Full analytics lives in its own module.
Why we built a free plan
A trial works when a month is enough to judge the product. Field service does not fit that.
By the time you have added your clients, dispatched the first orders and watched how your people use the app on site, thirty days are gone. Then the choice gets unpleasant: pay for something you never properly tested, or walk away and go back to spreadsheets and chat threads.
We would rather not put anyone in that position, so the free plan has no clock. A small team works as long as it needs and decides about paying on its own.
Paying starts to make sense once the business grows. More than five employees, or a need for scheduling, warehouse, telephony and analytics. Until then we are happier if you simply get on with the work.
What costs money
The free plan covers the core. Everything else lives in modules and switches on when you actually need it.
Scheduling
A calendar for appointments, worker availability and overlap checks.
Warehouse
Catalog, stock and stock documents connected to orders.
Telephony
Megafon ATS, call history and incoming-call popups. Not part of the free plan.
Analytics
A role-based dashboard, 11 reports and account-wide search.
Channels and communications
Website widget, Telegram and intake from external channels.
